Important Guidelines for AeroSEC 2026 Registration:

Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates.
Please wear your registration badge (Bar/QR coded) at all times in the conference area.
Registration is non-transferable.
Students must submit a recommendation letter from the Head of the Department/Institute.
Always mention your registration number in all correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.
Spot Registrations: Payments will only be accepted via cash or card. Delegate kits for spot registrations will be provided subject to availability.
Delegate kits will only be handed over to registered delegates.
Payment gateway charges: 3% for INR payments
The conference organizers are not responsible for delays in postal delivery, failed electronic communications, or undelivered correspondence.
